Chapter 4 Fax/Email Settings

Example : Receive to Memory

Receive to Memory secures all received documents by storing them into memory.

To print the document(s) received in memory, the Key Operator must enter the correct password.

The procedure of setting Receive to Memory is described below:

For memory reception, refer to Receive to Memory in the Operating Instructions (For Facsimile and Internet

Fax) on the provided CD-ROM.

Press the Function key.

Select “Fax/Email Settings”.

Select “04 Key Operator Mode”.

Enter the password (8-digit), and then

select “OK”.

Select “01 Fax Parameters”.

Select (7 times).

z Fax Parameters can be directly selected

using a keypad for quick operation. If a

Parameter No. is known, enter the desired

Parameter No. with a keypad, and then

press the Start key.

Ex: In step 6, enter “37” with a keypad, and

press the “Start” key to select “37

Receive to Memory”.
