Copy function

The following 3 kinds of copy functions are available for different

purposes.

• Videos to be copied are selectable.

[Copy to PC]: Copy image data from an SD card, DVD disc, or a

video camera HDD to a PC. (l35)

[Write data to media]: Copy image data saved on the PC to an SD

card or a DVD disc. (l38)

[Copy between media]: Copy image data between an SD card, a

DVD disc and a video camera HDD. (l41)

Attention

z Only image data can be copied. If any data other

than image data are recorded on a disc/card,

they may not be copied.

z The copy function is not capable of recording in

DVD-Video format.

z For the following image data and media, unnecessary scenes cannot be skipped

using Intelligent scene selection on the video camera.

- Image data on the PC copied using [Copy to PC] after selecting only some of the videos

- Media burned using [Write data to media] after selecting only some of the videos

- Media burned using [Copy between media] after selecting only some of the videos

- Image data edited by [Easy editing]
